Which countries does your online store ship to?

Visit to order our products if you are based in Australia or internationally, we deliver worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Shipping will take 3-5 business days Australia wide, or up to 7 business days for remote locations within Australia.

The estimated delivery time for shipping outside of Australia is 3-10 business days for metropolitan areas of major cities. Please note that this excludes time in Customs (if applicable) and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post’s control

Will you accept returns after 30 days?

In accordance to Australian Consumer Law, we will accept returns outside of 30 days in the unlikely event a product is faulty, or packaging is malfunctioning, and you will be granted a full refund including shipping. Consumer guarantees are not excluded and are in addition to any of our manufacturer warranties.

Montaser cosmeceuticals unfortunately cannot accept returns after 30 days if:

  • A change of mind occurs
  • The product is heavily used;
  • There is a minor colour, odour or viscosity variation

What type of proof of purchase is required?

Proof of purchase must be provided when returning products.

Accepted proof of purchase includes a tax invoice from your online order or a bank statement

How long does it take to process a refund?

It may take Montaser Cosmeceuticals and your financial institution up to 8 business days to process your refund.

Returned items will be refunded using the same method used to make payment for your order.

What if I bought a product from a Montaser Cosmeceuticals stockist?

If you purchased from an international distributor or a Montaser stockist, please contact them directly for assistance.
